Porsche Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a Digital Transformation and Data Intelligence Intern to support key projects within the department. The role involves understanding current business processes, evaluating new technologies, and collaborating with various departments to drive high-quality projects.
Responsibilities
Work directly with key personnel to understand project concept, objectives, and approach
Support assigned projects by helping to define project scope and objectives, creating and maintaining project schedules, conducting project meetings, and providing a single point of contact for assigned projects
Foster cross-company and cross-departmental information exchange by effectively communicating relevant information to management and reporting on project progress against plan and budget
Work closely with business unit leaders to identify and maximize opportunities to use information and technology to improve product, service, and business processes
Contribute towards implementation and execution plans for digital transformation concepts including artificial intelligence (AI), data strategy, user experience (UX), and processes automation
Research emerging trends and evaluate opportunities to enhance current products and processes
Other projects and duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma required
Experience in developing presentations
Understanding of the basic tools business process mapping is a plus
Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and presentations)
Personal computing skills in Microsoft Office products
Ability to work with various stakeholders across different departments and organizations
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Courage and integrity

Planning and organization, especially time management skills to meet deadlines
