The Digital Construction & Data Management Intern will assist in implementing and maintaining digital tools and data workflows for construction projects, supporting the Data Analytics and Platforms Manager.
Responsibilities
Support the administration, organization, and use of Procore for project data, workflows, and reporting
Assist in developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports
Help create and improve Power Apps used to collect, manage, and visualize project information
Clean, organize, and validate data from different project sources
Assist with the automation of repetitive tasks and reporting processes
Support the preparation of user guides, training materials, and process documentation
Help identify opportunities to improve data quality, platform usage, and reporting efficiency
Coordinate with project teams to gather requirements and provide basic support for digital tools
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's in engineering, Master's in Management Science and Analytics, Civil Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong interest in construction technology, data analytics, and digital transformation
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Basic knowledge or willingness to learn Power BI, Power Apps, and Procore
Strong attention to detail and ability to organize information clearly
Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred
Exposure to Power BI dashboards, Power Apps, or Procore
Basic understanding of construction project workflows
Interest in data visualization, process automation, and digital platforms
Ability to document processes and prepare clear presentations or training materials
