Johnson & Johnson develops medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and consumer packaged goods. They are seeking a Digital Applications Team Co-op to join their newly created team, focusing on implementing the Ortho SC Digital website and enhancing performance management tools.
Responsibilities
Gaining experience in E2E analytic solutions including Data Engineering and/or Data Visualization (Power BI or Tableau).
Cultivate an understanding of Supply Chain, Orthopedics, and DePuy Synthes business processes.
Assist the team with development work
Create and update PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use cases.
Qualification
Required
Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited university, pursuing a bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any system engineering related field.
Able to work in the US and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g., FI, H1-B status).
Must not be a freshman, or a senior graduating prior to program end date (Seniors must be willing/allowed to extend graduation date).
Candidates must be available to work full-time (40 hrs/week) during the co-op assignment (Hours are flexible).
A minimum GPA of 3.0 is strongly preferred.
Power BI or Tableau knowledge to create dashboards or reports that drive business decisions.
SharePoint list and SharePoint site development basics
Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, PowerApps, OneNote, etc.
Preferred
Experience in user behavior and performance tools like MS Clarity, Content square tools like Hotjar, Glassbox or Mousflow
Experience in deployed Email Analytics tools to measure email open rate/click through like Mailchimp, Mixmax Mailshake
Experience in design tools like Figma and Adobe XD
Open to learn more about process flows from a technical and business perspective.
Proficient communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Self-starter who can work independently toward team goals.
