Mercury Insurance is seeking curious and passionate students for their fully remote summer internship program in the Enterprise Data Science team. Interns will support analytical projects aimed at identifying business opportunities and developing solutions while participating in a collaborative and immersive environment.
Responsibilities
Interns will work with their managers and fellow interns within an interactive Agile framework that includes daily stand-ups and weekly tactical problem-solving sessions. Interns will also attend the broader meetings within their respective functions to help further contextualize their work. Over the course of the summer, interns will ultimately build a minimum viable product (MVP) and have a “capstone” opportunity to present those findings to the Mercury leadership team.

Paid Internship: $30 per hour
Qualification
Required
Be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
Pursuing a Bachelors (BS/BA) or Masters (MS/MA) degree in an information technology field
Able to provide current GPA, as reported by your school. Minimum 3.0 GPA required
Enrolled student attending a university program with an expected graduation date on or after August 2025
Planning to seek full-time employment between December 2026 and September 2027
Preferred
3.5 or higher GPA preferred
