They are seeking a Data Science Intern to support the Software Development and Analytics team in developing AI-based software assistants and optimizing user interactions with these tools.
Responsibilities
Utilize AI tools to turn software documentation into structured knowledge bases that are easily accessible to LLMs
Design and optimize query prompts to align AI assistant actions to user intent
Present data from capstone project to a broad audience
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree at an accredited university in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Bioinformatics or related field
Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
Experience coding in Python
Experience working with any Cloud platform preferably AWS
3.0 Minimum GPA
Rising Juniors, Seniors, and Masters Students
Be willing to make a full-time commitment of 40 hours a week for 9 weeks from June 15 to August 14, 2026
Preferred
Experience with prompt and context engineering is a plus
Experience with LLM-based coding tools is a plus
