They are seeking a motivated Data Operations Specialist intern who will support the analytics and operations team by maintaining dashboards, collaborating with stakeholders, and deriving insights from data.
Responsibilities
Maintain and document metadata for dashboards and datasets to ensure traceability and clarity.
Track dashboards regularly to monitor performance metrics and flag unusual trends.
Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to collect data, understand needs, and share insights in a digestible format.
Support the analytics team with ad hoc data-related requests, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
Pull data and derive insights from existing systems and dashboards to support decision-making.
Help streamline data workflows by ensuring proper data hygiene and documentation.
Stay up to date with how LLMs and AI tools are used to enhance data operations.
Qualification
Required
A student or recent graduate with a strong interest in data science, analytics, or business intelligence.
Basic understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and how they’re applied in modern data tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Code Interpreter).
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas is a must).
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Preferred
SQL knowledge is a plus — you don’t need to be advanced, but understanding the basics of querying data is valuable.
