The Data & Governance Industrial Placement will support the Global Quality Service team through governance activities, data analysis, reporting, compliance initiatives, and continuous improvement projects. The role also involves cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, project management, and exploring digital solutions, automation, and AI in quality processes.
Responsibilities
Work with people across multiple markets and functions within our organisation
Hone soft skills, including meeting facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and presentations to senior leaders
Gain exposure to Quality within a fast-moving Consumer Healthcare company
Contribute to meaningful projects that support key business priorities and deliver real impact
Develop analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills through hands-on experience
Build a professional network and learn from experienced colleagues and mentors across the organisation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, gaining insight into how different parts of the business work together to deliver trusted products to consumers
Explore potential career paths within Quality and the wider Consumer Healthcare industry

Currently studying an Undergraduate or Masters in Business, Management, Computer Science or related disciplines
If you are studying for your Undergraduate Degree you must be in your 2nd year of study (England) or 3rd year of study (Scotland) or an Integrated Masters Degree and seeking to complete a year in industry in partnership with your university. Please ensure the role is suitable for your placement year
