We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Data and Analytics Intern to join our team for a 10-12 month internship, where the intern will gain hands-on experience in data analysis and business intelligence, contributing to various projects that drive our strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
Assist in collecting, cleaning, and processing data from various sources to ensure data quality and integrity.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions and strategies.
Create and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Excel to visualize data and communicate findings effectively.
Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions to provide actionable insights into key performance indicators.
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in Data and Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Excel for data analysis and visualization.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Interest in the insurance industry and emerging technologies.
Preferred
Experience with Python and SQL is helpful but not necessary.
