The Data & Analytics Office Intern will gain hands-on experience through meaningful projects supporting user experience, enterprise data products, data quality, data science, change initiatives, and organizational transformation.
Responsibilities
Work with product designers and UX researchers to improve user experiences across digital platforms
Support product management, agile delivery, and marketplace development for enterprise data products
Assist in policy development, metadata management, and data quality initiatives
Contribute to model development, data science projects, and business insights
Help manage change initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and program delivery
Participate in organizational design, capability modeling, and operating model transformation
Qualification
Required
You are pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree at an accredited college or university, with a major in fields such as Business Administration, Management, Change Management, Risk Management, Operations Management & Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, Psychology, Public Policy, or other related disciplines, with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and Summer 2028
You have a minimum GPA of 3.0
You are curious about financial markets and interested in learning more about the financial services industry
You have proven analytical, data interpretation, problem-solving, critical and strategic thinking skills through coursework and/or previous internship experience
You have demonstrated leadership and teamwork through projects and/or extracurricular involvement
