Procter & Gamble is seeking motivated individuals to join their Innovative Warehouse Orchestration Center in Greece as Data Analytics Interns. The role focuses on driving operational excellence in European Distribution Centers through advanced data analysis and visualization techniques, supporting the design and development of digital solutions to enhance Supply Chain processes.
Responsibilities
Influence decisions from daily ones through to strategic ones, made across functions, at all levels of leadership in a meaningful and impactful way
Support the design and development of digital solutions to simplify and automate Supply Chain processes, applying structured problem-solving, data-driven thinking and a continuous improvement mindset
Build and enhance low-code and analytics solutions using tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot, Power BI, and/or KNIME, translating Supply Chain needs into user-friendly digital workflows and dashboards
Apply programming and data analysis skills (e.g. Python) to manipulate, analyze, and visualize data, helping reduce manual effort, improve transparency, and strengthen decision-making
Work in an agile team to translate your ideas into robust, scaled, analytical solutions
Communicate insights from complex data or algorithms into simple conclusions that will empower others to act based on the insights you derive
Belong to an award-winning Supply Chain Innovation team that is global in scope and operates across P&G’s warehouses
Qualification
Required
Final year of Bachelors' Degree/recently Bachelors' graduate/ Masters' Studies or Degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Statistics, Operation Research, Decision Sciences, Computer Science, Applied Math, Economics, Data Science, etc.)
Very good English skills, both written and spoken
Analytical skills and knowledge in at least one programming language (R, Python, SQL, etc.) or family of techniques (machine learning, predictive modeling, statistical analysis, etc.) may represent an advantage
Is adaptable and able to handle priorities effectively, both independently and as part of a collaborative team
