Elevance Health is a health company dedicated to improving lives and communities. They are seeking a Data Analytics Intern for Summer 2026 to support the CX Solutions team by utilizing data analytics to guide strategy, improve digital platform health, and streamline AI solutions.
Responsibilities
Partner with the team and stakeholders to manage and surface new insights around the voice of the customer
Perform established analysis for routine diagnoses of quality, use, cost and other variables to find new opportunities for improvement
Evaluate existing digital products and competitor and industry data to improve existing products and make recommendations for new products
Partner with business stakeholders and IT to determine the best solutions to enhance functionality and increase user satisfaction, solve member problems, and meet other goals
Participate in the Agile Scrum process to ensure product solutions are fulfilled
Qualification
Required
Ability to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship and work in-office at least once per week (May 18th-August 7th)
Enrolled in an approved academic undergraduate program in: Data Analytics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Business Analytics, Quantitative Sciences or related field of study
Students must be authorized to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship requirements
Preferred
Knowledge of database technologies such as Snowflake and/or MS SQL Server is preferred
Knowledge of Python, PowerBI, and Tableau is greatly preferred
Proficiency within the Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong preference for advanced Excel knowledge
