The Data Analytics Intern will support analytics and automation initiatives, providing hands-on exposure to data analysis and documentation processes across the organization.
Responsibilities
Analyze and extract insights from diverse datasets, including PDF manuals, technical documentation, training materials, and video‑based content
Perform document and data analysis to identify trends, gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities
Support automation initiatives using Python or other programming/scripting languages
Assist with data preparation, analysis, and validation using Excel
Support reporting and dashboard development; Power BI experience is a plus
Create and maintain clear, accurate, and well‑structured documentation
Support exploratory use cases involving AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Experience using Excel for data analysis
Familiarity with Python or other programming languages
Strong written communication and documentation abilities
Experience working with unstructured or semi‑structured data
Nimble Learning: Demonstrates comfort navigating new tools, data formats, automation approaches, and emerging AI/LLM use cases
Collaborates: Contributes effectively in cross‑functional settings by sharing information and supporting collective analysis and documentation
Cultivates Innovation: Engages with new analytical techniques, automation opportunities, and creative problem‑solving methods
Decision Quality: Applies logical reasoning and structured judgment when validating data, identifying insights, and organizing documentation
