Data Analyst Intern, Nutrition - Erlanger, KY

ADM is a global leader in nutrition, agricultural origination and processing, and food and wellness solutions. The Data Analyst Intern will support the pricing analytics team by developing pricing models, data science products, visualizations, analytical tools, and machine learning models to enable data-driven pricing decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and maintain data science products, PowerBI visualizations, and dynamic ad-hoc frameworks that help commercial teams with day to day pricing and sales activity
  • Self-starter with continuous improvement mindset
  • Translate complex business problems into concrete analysis that help drive actions
  • Write optimized code improving efficiency, scalability, and stability
  • Complete additional duties based on the needs of the assigned location

Qualification

Required

  • • Education: Currently pursuing a four-year degree with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and summer 2029
  • • Academic performance: Minimum overall GPA of 2.8
  • • Work authorization: ADM is unable to provide work visa sponsorship for this position
  • • knowledge of data science techniques
  • • ability to drive effective support of data analysis and model management
  • • ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
  • • Rising Junior/Senior in a bachelor's program or completed first year of master's program in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, or related field
  • • Coursework or internships with exposure to statistical programming and analysis methodologies
  • • Experience with data visualization and data processing tools (e.g., PowerBI, Python/R, Databricks)
  • • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • • Good communication skills, able to explain something technical with the appropriate amount of detail
