Responsibilities
Data analysis and manipulation using Excel; working with several spreadsheets.
Programming/scripting to pull information from multiple sources (employee database, Excel sheets, csv data files) into a web-based dashboard for multiple, pre-defined needs.
Collaborating with others in shared digital spaces like OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint.
Taking initiative to find and suggest improvements in process and project management.
Supporting a large technical conference review process and event planning/management.
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field in the penultimate year of study.
Expertise in Excel and data analysis.
Programming/scripting skills for data integration and dashboard creation.
Experience working in shared digital spaces.
Strong initiative and meticulous file management skills.
Good communication and writing skills; experience with instructional design is a plus.
Comfortable working in a technical environment, though an engineering background is not required.
Preferred
experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
