The Cultivation Intern will assist the cultivation leadership team in developing tools for performance assessment and menu development for wholesale transactions, while gaining exposure to data analytics and technology in the cannabis sector.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive menu for the wholesale team to use in their business-to-business transactions.
Work with the business unit to receive feedback and further develop the tools based on needs of the customer.
Create an order form to generate sales digitally using the menu platform.
With feedback from the cultivation leadership team, development dashboards with visual aids related to KPIs.
Meet with cultivation leadership to discuss trends, potential solutions, and data driven decision making.
Asses technology gaps and provide potential solutions.
Qualification
Required
Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree with the discipline of Information Technology, Software Development, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
Ability to pass a state background check.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
Technically savvy and creative thinker who can develop visual aids to assist in comprehending large data sets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
