The Continuous Improvement Intern will support strategic Data Center customers by developing AI solutions, analyzing data, improving reporting and data quality, and delivering actionable business insights.
Responsibilities
Be part of the Structured Contracts Team supporting Schneider Electric's most strategic Data Center customers
Help develop and deploy AI models that can answer customer and business questions ranging from simple inquiries to advanced risk analysis
Leverage Microsoft Copilot, AI technologies, and digital tools to create innovative solutions that improve productivity and customer experience
Analyze data from multiple systems and help solve reporting, visibility, and data quality challenges across the organization
Collaborate with Account Leaders, and Digital teams to deliver actionable business insights
Assist with special projects and other responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
You are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
You have a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Data Analytics, Automation, and Digital Transformation
You possess strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with attention to detail
You are comfortable working with large datasets and can draw meaningful conclusions from data
You communicate effectively and can present ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
You are self-motivated, collaborative, and capable of working independently on assigned projects
You are passionate about continuous improvement and seeking creative ways to enhance processes, systems, and customer experiences
You believe in delivering exceptional customer experiences and understand the importance of data-driven decision making
You are available to work full-time during the internship period and are local to the listed location
Preferred
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, SQL, Python, or other analytics tools is preferred
