They are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst Intern to help identify trends and build dashboards that support data-driven decision-making, working closely with a dynamic team to provide insights for business strategies.

Responsibilities

Assist in designing, developing, testing, and deploying software applications or tools.
Build lightweight automation scripts (e.g., Python, Excel VBA) to streamline repetitive tasks.
Support the development of digital twins or simulation models for process optimization.
Gather and consolidate manufacturing data from systems such as MES, ERP, and manual logs.
Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure clean, reliable, and timely data availability.
Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.
Create dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or Python libraries (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn).
Develop tools to support data-driven decision-making across engineering and operations.
Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and technical discussions.
Document methodologies, tools, and findings in a clear and structured format.
Share insights and best practices with broader teams.

Qualification

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or related field
Strong programming skills in one or more languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript, SQL)
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and software development tools
Familiarity with Power BI
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
Ability to communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
Self-starter with initiative and ability to work independently
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited college/university as of September 2026
Applicants who have graduated before September 2026 will not be considered unless they are entering/applying to a MS or PHD program after graduating

Preferred

Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, or Six Sigma
