They are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst Intern to help drive their efforts by identifying trends and building dashboards that support data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

Assist in designing, developing, testing, and deploying software applications or tools.
Build lightweight automation scripts (e.g., Python, Excel VBA) to streamline repetitive tasks.
Support the development of digital twins or simulation models for process optimization.
Gather and consolidate manufacturing data from systems such as MES, ERP, and manual logs.
Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure clean, reliable, and timely data availability.
Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.
Create dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or Python libraries (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn).
Develop tools to support data-driven decision-making across engineering and operations.
Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and technical discussions.
Document methodologies, tools, and findings in a clear and structured format.
Share insights and best practices with broader teams.

Qualification

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or related field.
Strong programming skills in one or more languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript, SQL).
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and software development tools.
Familiarity with Power BI.
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Ability to communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Self-starter with initiative and ability to work independently.
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Candidates who wish to be considered must be enrolled in an accredited college/university as of September 2026.

Preferred

Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, or Six Sigma.
