Schneider Electric is looking for a Commercial & Data Specialist Intern to support the Industrial Automation business with data analytics, digital campaign execution, and commercial operations. The role involves building dashboards, supporting product-related campaigns, and assisting in event planning and execution.

Responsibilities

Build Tableau dashboards to track sales performance, campaign effectiveness, product/portfolio KPIs
Support data extraction, cleaning, and analysis from internal systems
Help translate data insights into clear business recommendations
Support the implementation of product-related campaigns, including new product launches, promotions and go-to-market initiatives
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, product teams) to ensure campaign readiness
Support Industrial Automation (IA) new launches/campaigns by uploading and managing content in the DMRC tool
Support the planning and execution of customer and distributor events, including Product launch events, Training sessions, Trade shows and roadshows

Qualification

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field
Strong interest in data, digital tools, and commercial operations
Comfortable working with data and dashboards (Tableau experience is a must)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

Preferred

Experience with Power BI, or similar BI tools
Basic understanding of marketing campaigns
Interest in industrial, automation, or technology-driven environments
Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Salesforce, or digital content management systems
