The Commercial Analytics Intern will support SaaS implementation, develop analytics dashboards, and engage in financial modeling while collaborating with various teams to drive commercial strategies.
Responsibilities
Actively support SaaS implementation project via daily stand-ups, user research and user story development, and user acceptance testing. This will include learning about ERP and Pricing Management systems and commercial sales and pricing processes.
Work cross-functionally with various functions outside of commercial (i.e. supply-chain, finance, etc.) to develop critical commercial analytics dashboards
Development of financial models for Sales, Finance, and Marketing that measure product and region performance; actively engage in cross-functional brainstorming of data-derived business strategies
Prepare senior leadership level communications both written and oral
Collaborate on the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Attend business meetings and training sessions to learn about our products/services and sales techniques.
The key focus of this role is to provide varying levels of support and analytics to the Commercial team across a variety of global projects and initiatives.
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong analytics, communication, and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to learn and succeed in a sales-driven environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with SAP software is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
