Costco Wholesale is a multibillion dollar global retailer with warehouse club operations in 11 countries. The Digital Analytics team is inviting students enrolled in IT programs to participate in a 12-week paid internship, where they will develop analytics strategies and collaborate on digital features while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Works with stakeholders to identify solutions that support their business requirements.
Works independently and within a team environment.
Pays attention to detail, self-motivated with the ability to follow instructions and completes assignments on time.
Learns and applies new concepts, processes, and tools.
Takes initiative to solve problems and multi-tasks by prioritizing projects and deadlines.
Communicates effectively with team members, stakeholders, and all levels of management.
Partners with analysts and business stakeholders to create A/B tests of new digital features.
Helps build new product recommendations and personalization activities.
Assists in designing and implementing analytics tagging structures
Participates in bi-weekly analytics releases.
Qualification
Required
Experience with or exposure to Web Markup, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery and React.
Experience in server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as SASS.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Possess good organizational, time, and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, and stay well organized.
Must be maintaining a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Must be students currently enrolled in an IT undergraduate or graduate program at a community college, college or university.
