Ensemble Health Partners is a leading provider of technology-enabled revenue cycle management solutions for health systems. They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Intern to gain hands-on experience in data analytics, visualization, and reporting while collaborating with experienced BI professionals.
Responsibilities
Develop and enhance interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
Write and optimize queries in Databricks SQL to extract and transform data
Assist in data modeling and preparation for analytics and visualization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver actionable insights
Participate in team meetings, knowledge-sharing sessions, and training activities throughout the program
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
Expected graduation: May/June/Dec 2026-2028
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Interest in data visualization, reporting, and modern BI tools
Eager to learn and take feedback from mentors who want to help you grow and prepare for the workforce
Preferred
Familiarity with Power BI and basic data visualization principles
Understanding of SQL and basic SQL functions like Select, Aggregate Functions & joins
Understanding of relational concepts like Tables/Rows/Columns/ Primary Key & Foreign Key
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
Demonstrated curiosity, innovation, and a passion for learning
