MAHLE is a leading international supplier to the automotive industry, and they are seeking a Business Excellence Intern. The role involves supporting the Business Excellence team with data analysis and ensuring the accuracy of master data within distribution center operations.
Responsibilities
Ensure that all master data is updated to support the efficiency and accuracy within distribution center operations
Support Business Excellence team on data analysis
Update master data fields in SAP PRD and PEW modules. This includes product master data for components and finished goods, customer master data, and potentially vendor master data
Update and revise work instructions and other documentation
Create training videos to support the appropriate knowledge transfer to full time employees
Other duties and responsibilities may be required
Qualification
Required
Ability to read, understand, and follow documented instructions
Basic mathematical and analytical skills
Exposure to ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, or other business analytics tools
Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills, with a strong commitment to accuracy and attention to detail
Preferred
Proficiency in Power Bi is a plus
Familiarity with driving a Forklift is a plus
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and email communication is preferrable
