Philips is a health technology company committed to delivering better care for more people. They are inviting Business & Commercial Operations interns to gain hands-on experience in business operations, commercial strategy, and sales excellence while working alongside various teams.
Responsibilities
Gather, organize, and analyze operational and sales performance data
Prepare dashboards, KPI summaries, scorecards, and executive-ready insights
Assist with CRM and operational data quality reviews
Support trend analysis, sales pipeline reviews, and performance reporting
Support operational planning, KPI tracking, workflow documentation, and meeting preparation
Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including SharePoint cleanup and documentation structuring
Assist with operational readiness tasks supporting customer satisfaction and compliance
Assist with documentation, scheduling, task tracking, and progress monitoring
Participate in planning sessions and project review meetings
Support project documentation, follow-up activities, and cross-functional communication
Help develop sales resources and tools such as dashboards and forecasting summaries
Support account planning research including competitive and organizational profiling
Contribute to executive-ready materials, training content, and meeting summaries
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a business-related program from an accredited university or college program
Has strong communication and organizational skills and is interested in business operations, commercial strategy, or healthcare innovation
Has experience with Excel (intermediate to advanced), and an interest in data analysis, dashboards, and reporting

Is motivated to contribute to initiatives such as dashboard creation, sales performance reporting, process improvement projects, account research and supporting the team with executive ready materials
