Responsibilities
Gain valuable experience in the professional hair industry by analyzing data to uncover actionable insights
Conduct data cleaning, transformation, and analysis to support strategic decision-making
Create visualizations and compile reports to communicate key findings effectively
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Finance on ad hoc analyses
Prepare materials and insights for leadership meetings to facilitate informed decisions
Strengthen problem-solving and critical thinking skills through real-world business challenges
Qualification
Required
An undergraduate student graduating in 2027 or graduate student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Data Analytics
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
Strong analytical thinking and ability to derive insights from complex data
Effective communicator with experience in data visualization and reporting
