ADT is a company that focuses on leveraging technology for talent acquisition. They are seeking an AI Intern to explore and enhance AI-driven recruiting platforms, analyze performance data, and collaborate with various teams to improve hiring workflows.
Responsibilities
Analyze data from AI-enabled recruiting tools to uncover performance insights
Identify trends, inefficiencies, or opportunities in how tools are being used
Assist in evaluating AI tool effectiveness across hiring workflows
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, IT, and Operations teams to recommend enhancements
Translate data-driven insights into strategic recommendations
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field with a graduation date between December 2026-August 2027
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data sets
Interest in AI, HR technology, or talent acquisition systems
Ability to communicate findings clearly and confidently
Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and intellectual curiosity
U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required, as we do not offer sponsorship
Must be available for the entire duration of the internship program, from May 18-July 30, 2026
Preferred
Coursework or project experience related to Human Resources or Talent Acquisition
Experience working on optimization or process improvement initiatives
Exposure to AI tools or platforms in a business or academic setting
Exposure to workflow automation or process improvement tools
Understanding of HR or Talent Acquisition systems and processes
