The Global Knowledge Management & Digital Collaboration Intern will work with business users to develop and manage SharePoint sites, analyze problems, and improve collaboration processes within the team.
Responsibilities
Work with business users to understand collaboration requirements and develop/monitor needed SharePoint sites for department projects
Help manage Global Knowledge Management & Digital Collaboration projects and introduce collaborative capabilities to improve work processes on our teams
Analyze and define a problem, evaluate alternatives and seek out solutions by engaging the appropriate team members at the right time.
Must value and appreciate diversity and seek diversity of thought in all initiatives.
Adaptable and flexible in all business environments, capable of leading change with limited information or support.
Must demonstrate good interpersonal and organizational communication skills.
Be able to manage cross functional programs and adapt priorities quickly.

Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in university, pursuing a Bachelor’s in general business, management, computer science, marketing, or other related fields
Must be enrolled in university for at least one semester following the internship
Expected graduation date between December 2026 – June 2027
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Exposure to Microsoft 365 tools, such as SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Excel
Experience with design platforms like Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud
