Responsibilities
Provides administrative and operational support to Financial Advisors and clients
Provides clients with response to routine inquires
Provides clients with requested information such as account balances, stock quotes or other account-related information
Assists with department mailing and filing projects
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a degree in Finance or Business Administration
Strong communication skills
Ability to provide administrative and operational support to Financial Advisors and clients
Ability to respond to routine inquiries from clients
Ability to provide clients with requested information such as account balances and stock quotes
Ability to assist with department mailing and filing projects
