They are seeking a Treasury Intern to establish and create SOPs for check deposits and analyze processes to streamline accounts payable operations across the region.
Responsibilities
Establish and create SOP for deposit of checks
Analyze and propose a solution to reduce the number of AP inbox across the Region
Analyze beginning to end process to establish a process across all the entities to ensure one process is followed
Analyze the number of inbox that are handled in AP, and determine how to streamline the process in order to avoid confusion with the vendors
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in Bachelor's degree program in Accounting or Finance at a four-year college or university
Must have excellent planning, organizing, and communication skills
Computer literacy to include Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
