The Summer Investment Intern will support the Commercial Real Estate Investment Team in evaluating potential investments and monitoring portfolio activity, providing hands-on analytical experience for undergraduate students interested in real estate investing.
Responsibilities
Assist in screening new investment opportunities for portfolio fit and relative value
Support initial financial analysis and high‑level underwriting of prospective deals
Conduct market research and comparable property analysis
Help prepare investment summaries, memos, and presentation materials
Maintain deal pipeline tracking and support internal reporting
Participate in team meetings and selected deal discussions
Provide general analytical and administrative support to investment professionals
Qualification
Required
Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
Strong interest in commercial real estate and investments
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; financial modeling experience a plus but not required
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks
