Lennox is hiring a Shared Services Accounting Intern to support process innovation initiatives within its Shared Services General Ledger Accounting team. The role focuses on using AI-driven solutions and automation to streamline workflows, improve efficiency and data accuracy, and make accounting processes more agile across business units.

Support accounting process innovation initiatives within the Shared Services General Ledger (GL) Accounting team by leveraging AI-driven solutions and automation to streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency, enhance data accuracy, and drive more agile accounting processes across multiple business units
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in **Accounting.**
Undergraduate or graduate student in good academic standing
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Foundational understanding of accounting principles through introductory accounting coursework
Strong work ethic with a demonstrated willingness to learn
Positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude
Experience creating presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint
Preferred
Previous internship, work, or project experience utilizing Excel for data analysis or reporting
Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems
Exposure to AI tools and technologies used to improve business processes
Demonstrated leadership experience through work, student organizations, athletics, or volunteer activities
