ITT Inc. is a leading manufacturer of critical components for harsh environments, and they are seeking a Pricing Intern to support the Strategic Pricing team. This role involves contributing to pricing analytics, process governance, and competitive pricing strategies, providing hands-on experience in pricing methodologies and business analysis.
Responsibilities
Provide analytical support to the pricing team
Assist in governance of pricing policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives
Audit distributor sales against SPA (Special Pricing Agreement) terms and commitments
Support development of competitive pricing alignment strategies
Analyze low-margin business and recommend corrective actions to improve profitability
Utilize Point of Sales and win/loss data to update pricing guidelines and support strategic decisions
Participate in implementation of quotation process improvements
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in one of the preferred majors
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with data analysis tools and Excel
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Interest in pricing strategy, market analysis, and business operations
Strong communication and organizational skills
