John Deere is a manufacturing company that designs and produces lawn, garden, electric, agriculture, and construction equipment. They are seeking a Part-Time Student in Accounting to support the Cost Measurement team and assist with financial reporting and data analysis.
Responsibilities
Support the Cost Measurement team.
Prepare various weekly & monthly financial / cost reports.
Incorporates process improvements, data analytics, and automation into processes, where available.
Gathers, reviews, and analyzes financial information.
Follow-up with current project owners for financial validation.
Qualification
Required
High level of attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
Has general understanding of Accounting principles.
Graduation date of May 2026 or later.
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
In pursuit of Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Must be registered as a full-time student at a U.S. local accredited college/university.
Available to work during the academic year 16-20 hours/weekly.
Available to work during the summer semester 35-40 hours/weekly.
Must be able to commute to the work location in Moline, Illinois on a daily basis year-round.
