Colliers is one of Canada’s leading commercial real estate services firms, and they are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student to join their team as a Junior Analyst Intern. This role offers hands-on experience in financial analysis, data advisory, and administrative support within a professional environment.
Responsibilities
Assist with financial analysis and modeling for debt advisory mandates
Prepare lender packages and support documentation for financing requests
Conduct market research and compile comparable debt terms
Coordinate with lenders and clients on information requests
Support internal reporting and deal tracking
Other duties as required
Qualification
Required
Current student at a Canadian University majoring in Finance, Accounting or a related field
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Proficient in Microsoft 365 Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Must be available Monday to Friday between 12PM – 5PM MST
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis
Preferred
Preference will be given to candidates graduating in 2027
Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset
A demonstrated interest in Real Estate through involvement with campus clubs, case competitions, or relevant courses
