Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is a leader in professional hair color and beauty supplies. They are seeking an IT Finance Intern to support their Supply Chain organization during a transformative period, providing exposure to Distribution Center operations and finance projects.
Responsibilities
Each finance intern will partner with an experienced finance leader who will serve as a mentor to guide how we conduct business and how tasks are completed
Interns will be assigned several projects giving exposure to different areas within Supply Chain
Specific projects can include building financial models to support analysis and/or forecasting efforts, comparing financial performance to key competitors, or creating business reporting highlighting opportunities to reduce expense
Partner with business partners to complete each assigned project
Work with analysts within the Finance organization to gain an understanding of month end close and reporting
Each intern will give an end-of-summer presentation to Sally executives on one of their projects
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a major in Finance, Accounting, or Business
Proficient in Microsoft Office Software, particularly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Some knowledge or education in G/L software
Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent Organizational skills
Ability to use data to understand and analyze complex business problems
Ability to communicate financial information to non-financial business partners
Ability to work with multiple departments and various levels of management
Ability to analyze complex data and communicate a story with key takeaways and action items
Ability to independently use internal and external resources to solve complex problems
This is a hybrid position requiring onsite work three days per week at the Support Center in Legacy West, Plano, TX

Housing, relocation, and transportation assistance are not provided
Availability is required from June 1 through August 7, 2026, with a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week
