Ingersoll Rand is dedicated to achieving workforce diversity and is seeking candidates for their IR Next Rotational Program in Finance. This 24-month program offers recent college graduates hands-on experience in various finance functional areas, leadership training, and exposure to senior leaders within the company.
Responsibilities
Provide challenging assignments in a variety of finance functional areas
Receive targeted intentional development for career growth
Participate in functional rotations and experience in multiple business locations
Develop financial and business acumen as well as leadership skills
Complete assignments in Cost Accounting, Inventory Management, Budgeting and Planning, Commercial Finance, Financial Analysis, Internal Controls, Project Management and Treasury.
Qualification
Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field completed by June 2026, or 5th year Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, to be completed between December 2025 and June 2026
Related majors include: Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration
Have completed, or plan to complete, accounting courses up to and including Intermediate Accounting (or college/university equivalent)
Available to start the program Summer 2026
Ability and willingness to relocate to any Ingersoll Rand location, up to two times, over the duration of the program
Sponsorship for work visas are not available for this program
Preferred
Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
Previous Finance Co-Op/Internship or other practical experience in the manufacturing industry preferred
Leadership experience in an extra-curricular activity or organization
