Tikehau Capital is a global alternative asset manager with a Private Equity division focused on differentiated investment strategies. The intern will support deal execution, investment analysis, origination and sourcing, and portfolio management activities for the UK team.
Responsibilities
Support with due diligence, market and company analysis, and financial modelling
Assist in preparing investment memoranda for committees
Conduct market mapping and identify potential investment opportunities
Screen new prospects and participate in meetings with advisors, entrepreneurs, and management teams
Monitoring and value creation initiatives across portfolio companies
Qualification
Required
The ideal candidate is flexible, proactive, and possesses strong analytical and communication skills
Currently pursuing or holding a degree from a Business School or University with a specialisation in Economics, Finance or other relevant fields
Skilled in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Experience with financial analysis and a solid understanding of key accounting principles
Applicants must have the valid right to work for the entire duration of the internship
