Eurazeo is a leading global investment group with a strong presence in private debt markets. The internship role involves evaluating, executing, and monitoring private debt transactions while supporting the team in various analytical and operational tasks.
Responsibilities
Carry out sector research (market analysis, competitive positioning, etc.)
Be responsible for keeping deal-related data updated and accurate
Help analysing investment opportunities
Initial deal review and screening
Provide support and participate in due diligence and deal structuring
Participate in the evaluation of potential investments and in drafting memos
Participate in the creation and the review of financial models
Provide analyses of companies and financial data, research
Take part in the different committees / meetings with the various stakeholders (management meetings, consultants, lawyers, bankers, etc.)
Actively involved in all deal processes
Provide help for other projects to be defined according to needs
Qualification
Required
Pursuing bachelor's or master's degree
Willingness to learn and proactively support the team
Strong analytical skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Self-starter and independent thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Fluency in English mandatory
Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK to apply
Preferred
Some understanding of the Private Debt market would be useful
Other European languages a plus
