Responsibilities

The FLDP is designed to provide incoming analysts with a variety of roles and experiences, building skills in technical foundations, functional depth and business basics
FLDP analysts receive training to accelerate their impact
The internship experience is a robust 10-week program leading projects critical to our business
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
Graduating in Winter 2027 or Spring 2028
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Applicants must meet a minimum 18-year age qualification
Preferred

Possess strong analytical skills, work well as part of a team and communicate effectively
Demonstrate curiosity and a passion for learning, and ability to influence others
