Responsibilities
Assist with 2025 process improvement projects that strive to provide more insightful reporting and more in depth understanding of our financials
Assist with ad hoc projects that help the Industrial Accounting team move forward in their strategic initiatives and support corporate requests
Provide support to the Industrial Accounting team with day-to-day and month end close activities. Work closely with production teams to provide feedback on their processes and recommend changes that strengthen our control environment to reduce risk
Assist with refining analytical tools and methodologies for increased automation and efficiency within the team
Demonstrate safety leadership by adherence to workplace safety policies and procedures. Recognize and positively reinforce good safety behaviors while delivering immediate, specific and constructive feedback to employees who demonstrate unsafe work behavior
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate accounting or finance education
Preferred
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate accounting program with advanced excel skills
