The intern will assist with recording and reconciling corporate related activity, including posting journal entries and performing month-end close processes.
Responsibilities
Assist with recording and reconciling corporate related activity
Post journal entries
Process invoices
Perform end of month balance sheet reconciliations
Assist with the month-end close process
Work alongside other accounting interns and recent college graduates
Learn from experienced team members, including Big 4 Alumni, CPAs, and leaders in the real estate accounting community
Participate in company-wide and departmental social events
Apply accounting theory from college course-work to real-world transactions
Research and evaluate emerging A.I. tools for accounting related functions
Collaborate with cross‑functional team members to identify opportunities for A.I. usage and adoption
Qualification
Required
Accounting major or minor
Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
Open to sophomores and juniors
