They are seeking an Intern for the SOX & Internal Audit team to assist in providing assurance and advisory services related to the company’s risk management and control processes.
Responsibilities
Perform role‑specific responsibilities such as SOX Control Testing (Primarily ITGC), Internal Audit engagement testing, and assisting with the Business Unit’s Digital Enablement (AI) initiatives. This may also include participating in a project and presenting outcomes or learnings at the end of the term
Day‑to‑day work and learning activities related to the team or function, using tools such as SAP, Microsoft Office (including AI Agents, Copilot), AI such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and various Data Analytics tools such as Python and others
Support Pembina’s safety culture of “Zero by Choice” by caring for yourself and others and following Pembina’s Life Saving Rules at all times

Qualification
Required
Role specific qualifications or assets related to the position include (Accounting, Finance, and prior exposure to data analytics, computer science, project management, analysis, and digital platforms, etc.)
Currently enrolled in a 3rd / 4th year post‑secondary program and returning to school following the end of the work term
Field of study aligned with, or providing relevant transferable skills for, the role applied for
Ability to commit to the full duration of the term and required schedule
Demonstrated reliability, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn in a structured environment, aligned with Pembina's values and safety expectations
The successful candidate must be legally able to work in the country of the position
The final candidate will be required to undergo Pre-Employment Background Checks including a Criminal Record Check
