StoneX Group Inc. is a Fortune-100 financial services provider connecting clients to global markets. The internship offers the opportunity to work with the Regulatory Accounting team, assisting with daily accounting tasks, regulatory research, and special projects in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Shadowing accounting colleagues on daily tasks and monthly close tasks, with the goal of performing daily tasks
Assist the regulatory accounting group with various projects
Performing accounting and regulatory requirements research under U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations and other regulatory agencies, as needed
Preparing technical accounting memos for transactions
Assist with special projects for management and other financial functions within the department, as necessary
Assist with footnote and financial statement documentation preparation to support the quarterly form 10-Q financial statement process

Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Analytics, Economics or other applicable degree
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong communications and organizational skills
Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment
Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion
Sound verbal/written communication abilities
Effective interpersonal skills
Sense of urgency

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant program and graduating between December 2026 and August 2027 (entering penultimate year of university)
Available for a June 2026 start date for a 10-week program
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (preferably Excel)
Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer
