Viatris is a healthcare company focused on empowering people worldwide to live healthier lives. The Intern, Pricing Analytics role involves supporting data visualization and analysis, conducting market research, and building relationships with internal teams to assist in decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
Communicate effectively and build strong working relationships with various internal commercial and technical organizations throughout the Pricing department and company for well-rounded experience
Provide data support and visualization for portfolio reviews from multiple sources to help make key decisions for specific products
Conduct research using the Internet, internal data sources, and external to help monitor market trends, new launches/approvals, and general pharmaceutical information
Compile large datasets using tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, and Tableau and be able to understand, manipulate, and analyze data trends
Complete ad-hoc requests in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in Business, Analytics, Data Management, or Statistics (or a related field of study)
Completed a minimum of their sophomore year
A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred; however, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Exposure to data management such as the ETL process, Analysis, and Visualization and relevant tools (examples: Tableau, Alteryx, R, Python, Power BI)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented
General understanding and knowledge of business concepts
