Nutrien is a leading provider of crop inputs and services, and they are seeking an Intern for their Financial Accounting team. The role involves supporting the team with various financial projects, data analysis, and process enhancements.
Responsibilities
Work with various members of the Nutrien Financial team to support our expansion into offering new supplier programs to our Canadian business
Assist the Nutrien Financial Accounting Team with enhancements as we look to finalize the future-state allowance for doubtful accounts reporting process
Work with Nutrien Financial Programs analysts to gather and test sales, interest, and payment information for data modelling related to finance program pricing and returns
Ad-hoc projects in Power BI and excel to streamline manual processes related to input financing outcomes
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a 2-to-4-year Accounting or Finance degree or equivalent related program with a graduation date of May 2027 or later
Preferred
Catastrophic coverages including life, accidental death and dismemberment, and business travel accident insurance for a position of at least three months in duration and more than 30 hours per week
