Epiroc is a global productivity partner for mining and construction customers, focusing on sustainable solutions. They are seeking a Financial Services Intern to support the structuring process of financial transactions, including documentation, collections, and customer service.
Responsibilities
Customer service and administration, including registration, problem resolution and payment processing
Actively work with claims and indemnification process where applicable
Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
Maintain integrity and control of lease contracts while ensuring terms and deal structures meet legal and business requirements
Serve as primary contact with Customers across the US and Canada
Accurately enter contract data and customer specific requirements into leasing software for proper account maintenance
Assist in developing step-by-step procedures for all critical functions in order to standardize processes and minimize errors
Draft contractual documents and ensure that final contract documents are accurate & consistent with approvals
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor or master's degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, Accounting or a related field
Excel proficiency required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken
Well organized, with a methodical approach to work
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Proactive, continuous learner who takes initiative
Results-driven, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse clients
Able to bring creative solutions to the table to improve the financing process
