Responsibilities
Assist with organizing and standardizing financial data into a clear and structured reporting format - preparing monthly forecasts and analyzing differences between actual and forecasting data
Support simple automation efforts to reduce manual work
Analyze historical data to identify trends and improve forecast accuracy
Identify areas for process improvement and suggesting practical ideas
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support ad-hoc analysis as needed
Qualification
Required
Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program at an accredited College/University
Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google, Teams, and AI-based drawing tools is required for visualizing ideas
Basic skills in quantitative data analysis and be proficient in using Excel for creating charts and infographics
Curiosity and enthusiasm for customer observation, the ability to extract meaningful insights, and strong communication skills are essential qualities
Strong communication skills, outgoing personality
Preferred
Rising Sophomore, Rising Junior in a Finance, Accounting, or Business Analytics major is preferred
Bilingual in Korean and English is a plus
Familiarity with tools such as Power Bl is a plus
