O-I Glass, Inc. is transforming the glassmaking industry and is offering a Financial Leadership Development Program (FLDP) for 2025 graduates. This structured program aims to nurture high-potential talent through diverse experiences in various finance departments, preparing individuals for leadership roles in accounting and finance.

Responsibilities

  • Support various finance departments within our America’s North Division, such as Commercial Finance, Operations Finance, Plant Finance, and Financial Planning & Analysis.
  • Participate in month-end and year-end closing, and Sarbanes-Oxley reporting and execution, review general ledgers, prepare journal entries, and perform fixed asset, inventory and cost accounting.
  • Perform standardized or routine professional accounting and financial analysis work for America’s North Operations, including the compilation, consolidation & analysis of financial data related to operations.
  • Provide timely pricing and profitability analysis to sales, marketing and financial stakeholders.
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts to meet the various forecasting needs within America’s North Finance.

Qualification

Required

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Target Graduation: 2025
  • Ability to travel throughout North America during the program and relocate at the conclusion of the program (financial assistance provided by O-I)
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis
  • Desire to work in a manufacturing plant environment
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and make data-driven decisions
  • Natural curiosity, eagerness to learn, and strategic thinking
  • High motivation with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive initiative and adaptability in dynamic environments
