NVIDIA is a leader in computer graphics and accelerated computing, seeking an energetic Financial Analyst intern to join their Software Engineering FP&A team. The role involves providing financial analysis, assisting with forecasting, and collaborating with business partners to optimize investments and deliver insights.
Responsibilities
Provide in-depth financial analysis of actual spending to drive insights into trends, investment areas, and opportunities to optimize investments
Assist with forecasting OPEX & CAPEX, actual vs forecast analyses and summarize spending trends
Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting packages
Assist in developing the forecasting models for various spend categories to understand the financial health of various departments
Detail oriented, highly analytical, and able to translate data and trends into powerful strategies and compelling messages
Own financial data and reports to ensure they are both accurate and updated
Collaborate cross functionally with key business partners
Qualification
Required
Pursuing an Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Able to critically assess financial model outputs and identify potential improvements
Demonstrates high attention to detail and accuracy, especially when working under tight deadlines
A strong desire to learn new technologies and an eagerness for intellectual growth are valued
Possesses a solid understanding of AV operations and can build cost models, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Works well in collaboration with Engineering and Operations teams to ensure alignment on project roadmaps
