Allianz is a trusted insurance and asset management company, and they are seeking a Financial Analyst Intern for a paid internship opportunity. The intern will support internal financial reporting, analysis, and the development of financial models and presentations for senior leadership.
Responsibilities
Assist with financial reporting and analysis
Support monthly and quarterly closing to ensure reporting of timely and accurate results
Support and develop components of financial models
Assist in the preparation of presentations for Senior Leadership, Board committee and Board meetings
Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics, and cloud‑based tools, using insights responsibly and in alignment with our standards for data governance, security, and ethical use
Qualification
Required
Current college or university student pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office 365
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Detail-oriented
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
